About the role

Element Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its New Cairo office. You will be responsible for managing property listings, guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes, and ensuring they make well‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings across commercial and residential portfolios.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing expert advice.
• Prospect and acquire new clients through networking and market outreach.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain consistent communication and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction cycle.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in real estate transactions, market trends, and property valuation.
• Proven sales and customer‑service abilities to build and sustain client relationships.
• Experience with real‑property laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
• Familiarity with the New Cairo real‑estate market is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
