About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to support daily operations and provide a welcoming first impression for visitors and callers. The role involves handling routine inquiries, managing schedules, and ensuring that office standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, answer routine questions, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or location.
- Respond to phone calls and emails, gather relevant information, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meeting rooms.
- Follow established procedures to meet quality and compliance standards.
- Organize daily tasks according to priorities and deadlines.
- Continuously develop procedural knowledge and soft‑skill capabilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar receptionist or front‑desk role.
- Strong customer‑focus with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Accountable, action‑oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Adaptable to changing situations and proactive in continuous improvement.
