Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will interact with customers in both languages, turning inquiries into positive experiences while helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and phone in French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems or order concerns.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
