Customer Service Representative – Retail Account

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative for a major retail account. You will be the friendly voice that assists customers, resolves product inquiries, processes orders, and handles returns while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and messages regarding product information.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage product returns and refunds according to policy.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level targets.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any field).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Flexible availability for rotational shifts.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
