Telesales Specialist – US Market

About the role

Hands of Hope is seeking an energetic Telesales Specialist to drive sales for the US market from our Cairo office. You will turn inbound and outbound conversations into successful conversions while representing our services with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
• Present and promote services in a compelling manner.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales or call‑center sales targeting the US market.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in handling rejection and staying motivated.
• Target‑oriented, self‑driven, and fluent in English.
