About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead the Al Jizah location of Country Hills, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on operational excellence, team leadership, and maintaining high standards of food and service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including service flow, kitchen coordination, and inventory control.
• Drive customer satisfaction by addressing guest feedback and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff to build a skilled, cohesive team.
• Create and maintain staff schedules, monitor labor costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee food and beverage quality, uphold brand standards, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Collaborate with senior management on performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in customer service and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to restaurants.
