SCM FinOps Agent

About the role

The SCM FinOps Agent supports financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and profitability across supply chain management operations. The role requires strong numerical aptitude, an ability to interpret the business story behind financial figures, and effective problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer invoicing and vendor workflows accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including billing, invoice validation, and reconciliation.
• Perform cost accounting activities such as allocation and analysis of direct and indirect costs, and variance analysis against budgets.
• Monitor operational and financial impacts on profitability (P&L) and assist with budget accounting, revenue and expense tracking, and reporting.
• Investigate and resolve invoice, system, and workflow discrepancies in coordination with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, financial regulations, and operational procedures.
• Prepare reports and provide financial insights to support management decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, CX, and Operations teams to maintain process efficiency and service quality.
• Escalate non‑routine issues appropriately while demonstrating ownership in problem resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in finance operations, accounting, or supply chain finance is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work under deadlines, manage high‑volume tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Organized, disciplined, and proactive in handling multiple operational tasks.
