About the role
We are seeking a Senior Architect Engineer to lead our Technical Office at the head office in Sheraton, Cairo. The role involves overseeing architectural and structural design coordination, ensuring high‑quality documentation, and supporting project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Review and coordinate architectural and structural drawings across all engineering disciplines.
- Prepare, review and manage tender documents, specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Lead the technical office operations, promptly resolving design or site conflicts.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to maintain smooth workflow.
- Produce periodic technical progress reports and propose effective engineering solutions.
- Leverage urban planning knowledge where applicable.
Required profile
- Proven experience in architectural engineering, preferably at a senior level.
- Strong background in preparing tender documentation and BOQ.
- Ability to manage technical office activities and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
