Senior Associate, CRM

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate, CRM to own the customer journey from the signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement through property handover and post‑handover support. You will act as the primary point of contact for owners, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the ownership lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for customers from SPA stage to post‑handover, building strong relationships.
• Manage all customer communications, providing regular updates, status meetings and issue tracking.
• Coordinate property handovers, preparing handover packs, scheduling appointments and ensuring support coverage.
• Handle complaints and service requests, logging, tracking, escalating and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor overdue accounts and support default, termination, settlement, title deed transfer and mortgage processes.
• Oversee defect‑liability matters during the first year after handover.
• Support community‑engagement initiatives such as events and resident activities.
• Maintain accurate customer data, implement workflows, conduct surveys and identify CRM improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma with at least 3 years of experience, including 2 years in real‑estate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and demonstrate high accountability.
• Strong planning, organization and prioritization abilities.
• Proven customer‑service and stakeholder‑management skills.
