Senior Projects Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Projects Coordinator supports the Project Manager in delivering construction and real‑estate projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations. This position acts as the central hub for communication among internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and resources to achieve project goals.
• Track deliverables and timelines using project management tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Project Manager, team members, and external parties.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Assist in resource allocation, equipment provisioning, and information flow.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support budget tracking and financial reporting.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and stakeholder presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in real‑estate or construction.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Knowledge of real‑estate development processes and budgeting principles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera or similar project management software.
