Senior Property Consultant – Luxury Properties & Service Apartments

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Property Consultant to lead sales of luxury private residences and premium serviced apartments. You will act as the trusted advisor for high‑net‑worth clients, delivering end‑to‑end service from initial consultation through to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Sell TMG’s branded luxury residences and serviced apartments using advanced negotiation techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and real‑estate stakeholders.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Achieve sales targets and deadlines while providing accurate market insights.
• Conduct comprehensive market research on luxury housing trends and serviced‑apartment offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies for high‑end properties.
• Oversee the full transaction process to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of real‑estate sales experience focused on luxury properties and serviced apartments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Deep knowledge of the luxury real‑estate market.
