Senior QA/QC Engineer

About the role

The Senior QA/QC Engineer will lead the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of AIS's Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices across projects, engineering and operational processes. Working closely with the Quality Manager and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System, ISO standards and customer requirements while driving proactive risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and align quality processes with AIS QMS and ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct internal audits, support external certification audits and verify engineering documents, technical deliverables and project quality plans.
• Lead inspections, verifications and compliance checks for AIS deliverables, preparing QC documentation, checklists and inspection reports.
• Support functional safety compliance activities (IEC 61508/61511) under supervision.
• Participate in root‑cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, and customer satisfaction processes.
• Analyze quality performance data, promote best practices and contribute to Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or related engineering.
• 7‑10 years of experience in QA/QC within engineering, industrial automation or technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS processes and project quality methodologies.
• Good understanding of EHS principles and compliance requirements.
