Site Engineer – Aluminium Installation

About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer specialized in aluminium installations to join our team in Maadi, Egypt. The role is full‑time and based on‑site, overseeing the execution of aluminium façade and structural works in line with project drawings and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise aluminium installation activities on the construction site.
• Ensure work complies with technical drawings, project specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate daily operations with project managers, civil and structural engineers and site teams.
• Inspect materials and workmanship, conduct quality‑control checks and document progress, variations and site reports.
• Support project planning, monitor timelines and contribute to continuous improvement of site processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction or aluminium installation projects.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with contractors, clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of aluminium systems, construction drawings and relevant building codes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with CAD tools.
• Basic engineering software usage.
