Soft Service Trainer

About the role
The Soft Service Trainer will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that support business and operational objectives. Working closely with department managers, the trainer ensures that employees acquire the skills needed for continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize and deliver training sessions based on identified needs.
- Develop training materials, presentations and learning content.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs and evaluation results.
- Monitor employee development and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with managers to create annual training plans.
- Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in training, learning & development, or a related HR function.
- Mandatory TOT (Training of Trainers) certificate.
- Professional training certification.
- Strong presentation, communication and facilitation abilities.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
