About the role
The Supply Chain Coordinator will oversee inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate records and adherence to standard operating procedures. The role supports manufacturing by managing supply sources, purchase services, and anticipating demand.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stock levels and communicate with distributors regarding order status and delivery issues.
- Maintain inventory by ordering materials required for production and coordinating distributor restocking.
- Prepare purchase orders and arrange logistics to guarantee product variety and availability.
- Collect and report KPI data for distribution and demand to support the demand‑planning team.
- Record weekly logistics feedback on delivery times, availability, and quantity ranges.
- Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and operations teams before stock‑take to ensure proper preparation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
