About the role
The Telesearch Representative will reach out to potential clients via phone and WhatsApp, establish and maintain relationships, and identify sales opportunities while delivering exceptional customer support. The role also involves providing information and training on engineering services and collaborating with the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through phone and WhatsApp.
- Establish and maintain client relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries.
- Deliver information and training about engineering services.
- Collaborate with the sales team on joint initiatives.
Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of telesales experience.
- Strong communication and sales abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience in engineering courses or educational training is a plus.
