About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Tour Leader to join Soul of Egypt Travel in Giza. The successful candidate will accompany groups of tourists throughout their journeys, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience across various destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany and assist tourists during all phases of their trips.
• Execute itineraries accurately and handle any on‑site adjustments.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and resolve issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with operations teams, local service providers, and partners to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and presentability throughout the tour.

Required profile

• Fluent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous experience in tourism or guiding groups preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage groups, and adapt to changing schedules.
• Willingness to travel frequently across different destinations.
