Tour Operator (Full-time, Giza)

About the role

Marca Tours is seeking a full-time Tour Operator to join its team in Giza. The successful candidate will coordinate daily tour operations, from itinerary planning to on‑ground logistics, ensuring seamless experiences for travelers across Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise tour itineraries, including transportation, accommodation and activities.
• Handle bookings, reservations and confirmations with hotels, transport providers and other suppliers.
• Provide accurate information and support to travelers before and during their trips.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and deliver high-quality service throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote tour packages and contribute to revenue growth.
• Continuously improve tour processes and guest experiences.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and experience in travel and tourism, especially within Egypt.
• Proven ability to organise guided tours and manage on‑ground logistics.
• Excellent customer-service orientation with professional communication skills.
• Experience in reservations and coordination with hotels, transport providers and other suppliers.
• Sales aptitude to promote packages and upsell services.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality or a related field preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Giza, including weekends or holidays as required.
