Transportation Sr. Associate

About the role

The Transportation Sr. Associate is responsible for operating the TCT Execution process, tracking shipments, vehicles, and assets in real‑time, and ensuring accurate status updates throughout the trip lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑quality tracking data and continuously record actuals for all track events.
• Monitor milestones and identify alerts, resolving shipment issues such as delays.
• Serve as the primary liaison between TCT and carriers, warehouses, and other stakeholders.
• Leverage advanced visibility technologies to enhance tracking and tracing capabilities.
• Escalate issues according to standard operating procedures and provide timely updates to relevant parties.

Required profile

• Engineering, logistics, business or technical university degree (desirable).
• 0‑1 year experience in transport or logistics (entry‑level).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
