Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the role

Join COLIN'S as a Warehouse Operations Specialist and help drive efficient inventory flow and order fulfillment for a fashion retail and e‑commerce business. You will play a key part in ensuring customers receive their products accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ensure high‑accuracy e‑commerce order fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock reconciliations and manage returns.
• Coordinate with logistics, store and customer‑service teams to maintain operational excellence.
• Track warehouse KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safety compliance and prepare for peak‑season demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in fashion retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
