Warehouse Supervisor – Logistics Operations

About the role

Le souverain is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse activities in its 10th of Ramadan City facility. The role ensures smooth receiving, storing, and shipping processes while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Implement and enforce safety and security procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Train, evaluate, and develop warehouse employees.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with data entry software.
