Branch Manager – Mahala Branch

About the role

ADIB is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Mahala branch. You will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving financial targets, and delivering an exceptional banking experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to maximise growth.
• Achieve payroll and deposit targets through marketing and cross‑selling a wide range of products.
• Communicate ADIB’s mission, vision and values to the branch team.
• Provide strong leadership with a focus on sales, people management and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement the branch sales plan and monitor financial performance.
• Approve expenses within delegated authority and ensure compliance with ADIB policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coach, train and motivate staff to elevate service levels and foster teamwork.
• Network within the community to acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships.
• Handle escalated customer issues, feedback and complaints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branch management or senior sales leadership within banking or finance.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, develop and inspire a team.
• Commitment to compliance, risk management and asset safety.
