Business Partnership and Controlling Analyst

About the role

The Business Partnership and Controlling Analyst will join the Business Controlling team to drive financial analysis, performance management and business partnering across a multi‑entity, international environment. You will own end‑to‑end reporting, budgeting and ad‑hoc analysis while acting as a trusted advisor to operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly management reporting packs, consolidating data from multiple entities.
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic re‑forecasts and variance analysis, providing decision‑oriented commentary.
• Develop and maintain financial models and Excel‑based tools, and support ad‑hoc business case reviews.
• Partner with accounting, HR, IT and other functions to translate financial data into actionable insights for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting templates, forecast processes and data quality, and contribute to ERP and BI tool evolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of experience in finance, controlling or FP&A.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously and influence non‑finance stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial systems and a keen interest in process optimisation.
