Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function and drive financial strategy in alignment with our business objectives. The role involves overseeing all accounting activities, ensuring compliance, and providing insightful analysis to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital and liquidity requirements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
• Manage statutory financial reporting and coordinate external audits.
• Analyse financial performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and treasury activities.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and risk‑management practices.
• Support senior management with financial analysis, investment evaluation and strategic planning.
• Supervise and develop the finance team.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities and other external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3‑5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, taxation and financial reporting.
• Experience in costing and budgeting.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial or corporate environments is an advantage.
