About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our hospitality team in Cairo. You will drive revenue growth by prospecting new clients, building relationships, and closing high‑value deals within a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate new business through calls, site visits, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and RFPs, converting qualified leads into confirmed deals.
- Deliver personalized presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment schedules, and service level agreements while protecting margins.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Prepare accurate proposals and contracts for handoff to internal teams.
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the sales cycle, ensuring transparency and exceptional service.
- Track all activities in the CRM system and maintain accurate forecasts to meet revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months of proven experience in a proactive sales role, preferably B2B, hospitality or events.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and resilience in a competitive, goal‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Experience using a CRM system for tracking leads and sales activities.
