Assistant Executive Housekeeper

About the role

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the Food & Beverage Manager in delivering high‑quality service across all hotel outlets. This role ensures smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise restaurant, bar, banquet, and room‑service teams.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for seamless service.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming, attendance, and discipline.
• Support recruitment, training, coaching, and motivation of F&B employees.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Oversee food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Prepare duty rosters and schedule staff shifts.
• Assist with cost‑control initiatives, including labor, food, beverage, and waste management.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Help plan and execute events, conferences, and banquets.
• Prepare operational reports and support budgeting activities.
• Promote hotel outlets, special promotions, and maximize sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within hotels or restaurants.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel environment (preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Familiarity with hotel management software.
