Headwaiter – Luxury Resort & Cruise

About the role

SUNRISE Resorts & Cruises is seeking a dedicated Headwaiter to lead food and beverage service at its luxury resort in Hurghada. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site dining room management with occasional remote coordination tasks, ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise waitstaff to deliver high‑quality service.
• Set up and maintain dining room arrangements according to brand standards.
• Monitor service quality, promptly address guest inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and environmental standards throughout service areas.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate staff to ensure consistent excellence.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in hospitality or food service.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations and basic cooking techniques.
• Attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and safety.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant hospitality certifications or equivalent training preferred.
