Associate Manager, Employee Experience

About the role

The Associate Manager, Employee Experience will lead onboarding and off‑boarding processes, drive continuous improvement and support digital transformation within the HR function. Acting as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, the role ensures a culture of employee centricity and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the HR help desk as the first point of contact for all employee queries and provide policy and process guidance.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including creation of employee profiles, job and organization linkage in the HRMS.
• Maintain HRMS data for new joiners, transfers, promotions, increments, resignations and related transactions.
• Handle employee insurance administration, MIS reporting, and card issuance for employees and dependents.
• Act as “maker” for staff OD facility management on Flex‑cube and for the payroll process.
• Coordinate governmental relations such as social insurance and taxation.
• Manage employee confirmations, annual contract renewals and outsource agency activities.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations disputes and ensure custody and reconciliation of staff files.
• Produce high‑quality, timely reports and continuously improve employee support processes.
• Regularly test and review the Risk and Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA).

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify and address process bottlenecks.
• Experience acting as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders.
• Proven capability to manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS platforms (e.g., Mashreq HRMS).
• Knowledge of Flex‑cube for staff OD facility management.
• Familiarity with Risk and Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA) processes.
