About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate who will act as a coffee specialist for Nespresso, engaging customers across multiple channels to deliver exceptional experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service through voice and digital platforms, including calls, emails, WhatsApp, live chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy, ensuring high satisfaction and a positive journey.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining deep knowledge of coffee products and sustainability commitments.
- Guide customers in exploring personalized coffee options and promote new products.
- Utilize sales techniques to retain customers and identify upselling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with quality and business standards, maintaining data integrity.
- Support back‑office tasks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business studies, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales within B2C or B2B environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to new digital trends.
- Attention to detail and a passion for learning new skills and tools.
