Digital Sales Specialist / Business Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist / Business Developer to join a fast‑growing e‑commerce and digital marketing agency serving the Gulf markets. You will shape digital commerce strategies, build pipelines of marketing activities and drive revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital business strategy aligned with revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the digital media and performance teams to create cross‑media opportunities.
• Maintain a pipeline of core digital marketing activities that supports company goals.
• Assess new business opportunities and prepare marketing proposals for client pitches.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships through calls, presentations and online media plans.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of B2B digital media sales experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Demonstrated experience in the KSA and GCC markets.
• Proven track record of winning, delivering and retaining key accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
