Graphic Designer – Performance Marketing Creative

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Graphic Designer to create high‑performing ad creatives for performance‑driven marketing campaigns. You will work remotely in a flexible, AI‑enhanced environment, collaborating with a young, supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Create ad creatives for digital campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Produce large batches of variations for A/B testing, including carousels, banners, static ads and multiple sizes.
• Adapt designs for different formats, audiences and campaign objectives while maintaining brand consistency.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools and modern workflows to accelerate production and generate innovative ideas.
• Manage tasks through the company’s project tool and attend regular 1‑on‑1 check‑ins with a project manager.
• Collaborate closely with the team to refine concepts, pitch creative solutions and share feedback.

• Understanding of what makes marketing creatives perform.
• Proactive mindset and openness to feedback.
• Passion for graphic design.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Figma.
• Canva.
• AI‑powered creative tools for ideation, mockups, automation and workflow optimization.
