About the role
We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, and to ensure smooth administration of HR processes. The role supports multiple departments and acts as a key point of contact for employees and managers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage documentation for new hires, resignations, and terminations.
- Draft and issue employee contracts.
- Handle personnel requisitions for new hires across departments and track recruitment progress.
- Submit social insurance forms (e.g., Form 1, Form 6, Form 2) for onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Create and amend job descriptions for various divisions.
- Process medical approval requests and reimbursements.
- Maintain and update employee annual leave, sick leave, and monthly attendance records.
- Conduct recruitment activities: screen CVs, schedule interviews, verify application forms, and manage hiring and orientation procedures.
- Manage monthly social insurance expenses and vouchers.
- Create and update the organization chart using Microsoft Visio.
- Prepare and issue HR letters.
- Ensure HR services comply with company policies and employment laws.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certificates are a plus).
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
