Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will join Ouda Developments in Obour, Egypt, to lead day‑to‑day HR operations for its real‑estate projects. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on implementing policies, managing benefits, and fostering employee engagement while ensuring compliance with Egyptian labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily HR processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, and record‑keeping.
• Implement and update HR policies in line with company standards and local law.
• Coordinate employee benefits programmes and ensure accurate administration.
• Oversee personnel management activities such as employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor compliance with Egyptian labour legislation and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in the real‑estate sector, preferably with knowledge of the Obour market.
• Strong background in HR management and policy application.
• Proven experience in benefits administration and personnel management.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Egyptian labour laws and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications (PHR, SHRM‑CP) are a plus.
