About the role
We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our team in Old Cairo. The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock records across our pharmacy branches and supporting efficient inventory processes. You will collaborate closely with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth supply‑chain operations.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile inventory operations across all pharmacy locations.
- Ensure stock accuracy and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Prepare, review and analyse inventory reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and trigger replenishment when needed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain proper documentation.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of experience in inventory, stock control or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting or inventory management systems.
