Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist (Remote)

About the role

The Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist will manage daily logistics operations for Enigma Genomics, coordinating both local and international shipments, tracking inventory, and ensuring seamless supply‑chain activities. This full‑time remote position supports laboratory and operational needs by maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international shipments, handling shipping arrangements and customs documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger timely replenishment of laboratory and operational supplies.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and couriers regarding shipment status and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, shipment documents, and inventory reports.
• Support procurement activities and vendor management processes.
• Track and resolve logistics issues, delays, and shipment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports on logistics performance and inventory status for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement coordination.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
