About the role
The Pre‑Sales Solutions Professional for Modern Workplace & Security is a customer‑facing specialist who drives Microsoft 365 solution opportunities from qualification through design and technical positioning. Working closely with account managers, consultants and delivery teams, the role helps customers improve productivity, collaboration, security and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical qualification, discovery and solution design for assigned opportunities.
- Translate business and technical requirements into solution architectures, scopes of work and detailed proposals.
- Design and position Microsoft 365 solutions across collaboration, security, compliance, identity and endpoint management.
- Provide technical leadership for Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender suite, Sentinel and Purview capabilities.
- Assess customer environments and propose migration strategies (on‑premises, cross‑tenant, Google Workspace, email/collaboration workloads).
- Identify technical risks early and propose mitigation plans.
- Support the sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure, presenting value propositions and building relationships with technical stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong blend of technical depth, commercial awareness and customer engagement skills.
- Experience delivering solution demonstrations, workshops and proposal support.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, delivery and partner teams.
