About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist on a project basis to support our Real Estate Development team. The role will ensure smooth procurement operations, manage contract documentation, and maintain accurate ERP data throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Support procurement activities and follow up on purchasing processes.
- Prepare, maintain, scan, upload, and archive contracts and related documents.
- Perform accurate data entry and updates in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding procurement requests.
- Track purchase orders, invoices, and contracts, ensuring records are up‑to‑date.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all procurement data.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement or administrative support.
- Previous experience in real‑estate development is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
