Quantity Surveyor Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will support senior engineers in quantity surveying activities, including preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates and project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in quantity take‑off and material estimation.
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) and cost calculations.
• Review drawings and project specifications.
• Support the preparation of subcontractor and supplier comparisons.
• Follow up on site progress and quantities executed.
• Assist in preparing invoices and payment certificates.
• Coordinate with site and technical office teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of quantity surveying and construction materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast‑paced environment.
