About the role
Join a GPTW‑certified hotel as a Senior Leisure Sales Manager and drive revenue growth through strategic market analysis and client development. You will be a key player in positioning the hotel as a market leader and fostering repeat business.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to generate business leads.
- Develop and nurture customer accounts within the region to increase market share across all revenue streams.
- Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients.
- Design and implement creative local marketing initiatives, including social media channels.
- Prepare contracts in line with current pricing and business conditions.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Attend sales events and produce accurate reports for senior management.
- Manage, train and develop the sales team while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum two years of hospitality sales and marketing experience with supervisory responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and market trends.
- Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
