About the role

Join a GPTW‑certified hotel as a Senior Leisure Sales Manager and drive revenue growth through strategic market analysis and client development. You will be a key player in positioning the hotel as a market leader and fostering repeat business.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to generate business leads.
  • Develop and nurture customer accounts within the region to increase market share across all revenue streams.
  • Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients.
  • Design and implement creative local marketing initiatives, including social media channels.
  • Prepare contracts in line with current pricing and business conditions.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Attend sales events and produce accurate reports for senior management.
  • Manage, train and develop the sales team while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum two years of hospitality sales and marketing experience with supervisory responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and market trends.
  • Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
