Solution Architect (Technical Governance Lead)

About the role

The Solution Architect (Technical Governance Lead) will serve as the primary technical authority for the stability, integration and operational governance of the NOSI ecosystem. The role ensures that all system changes, including those driven by legislative updates, are architecturally sound and maintain overall system integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical review of all Requests for Change (RFCs) and provide recommendations to the Change Advisory Board.
• Conduct and oversee Technical Impact Analyses for new digital services or legislative amendments within 72 hours of requirement finalisation.
• Identify and resolve architectural flaws, ensuring L3 code interventions align with the long‑term roadmap.
• Direct design and modification of complex integration logic across APIs, middleware and the Business Rules Engine.
• Enforce secure coding standards and Role‑Based Access Control to protect production and development environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of software development and systems integration experience, with at least 5 years in an architectural or governance capacity.
• Preferred certifications: PMP or ITIL v4 Foundation.
• Proven ability to perform multi‑platform troubleshooting and guide senior technical teams.
