Store Manager – Fashion Retail

About the role

Red Cotton is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its apparel retail outlet in Cairo. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the store team.
• Maintain outstanding customer service and a premium shopping environment.
• Oversee daily store operations, administrative tasks, and visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock records, and implement loss‑prevention measures.
• Prepare and submit regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in fashion & apparel retail.
• At least 2 years in a Store Manager or Branch Manager role within a recognized fashion brand.
• Strong knowledge of retail KPIs such as conversion rate, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
