Team Leader – People Partner (Fayoum)

About the role

Tasaheel, a leading micro‑finance institution in Egypt, is looking for a motivated Team Leader – People Partner to drive its People & Organization strategy in Fayoum. You will act as the bridge between operations and the HR function, ensuring that talent processes support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the People & Organization (P&O) strategy in line with overall business goals.
• Conduct monthly meetings with Operations and Area Managers to discuss manpower planning.
• Lead onboarding, training, and Training Needs Analysis for People Partner Specialists.
• Develop and distribute the monthly work plan for the People Partner team.
• Monitor and report on P&O performance metrics such as hiring numbers and exit interview outcomes.
• Prepare and manage payroll transaction sheets and coordinate with Shared Services for timely processing.
• Audit and maintain accurate employee records.
• Ensure consistent application and updating of P&O policies and procedures.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and the People team.
• Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives across teams.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, L&D and other HR functions to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay current on employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee the performance‑management cycle and ensure its timely completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant HR experience, including hiring planning, onboarding, exit interviews, investigations and policy compliance.
• Solid experience dealing with labor offices and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
