About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic non‑voice Technical Support Advisors to join a leading technology company in New Cairo. In this role you will act as the go‑to expert for customers, helping them get the most out of their devices and ensuring a smooth, trouble‑free experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to users via chat, email or ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve device‑related issues, guiding customers through step‑by‑step solutions.
- Document interactions and solutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with other support teams to escalated cases when necessary.
Required profile
- Strong passion for technology and helping users.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Ability to work in rotational 24/7 shifts and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
