About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telesales Agent to drive revenue by contacting potential customers and presenting our products and services. The successful candidate will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to generate qualified sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Assess customer requirements and match them with appropriate product offerings.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Record all interactions in the CRM system and keep customer data up‑to‑date.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to refine strategies and improve sales processes.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Required profile

  • 1‑3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
