About the role

The Telesales Agent will drive revenue by contacting prospective customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. This position focuses on outbound outreach and building lasting relationships to generate new business and repeat sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects to generate qualified sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Assess customer requirements and match them with appropriate product offerings.
  • Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Record all interactions in the CRM system and keep customer data up‑to‑date.
  • Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and improve sales processes.
  • Stay current on product updates and industry trends.

Required profile

  • 1‑3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
