Chief Concierge

About the role

Accor is seeking an experienced Chief Concierge to lead the concierge team at one of its luxury properties on Egypt's North Coast. The role focuses on delivering exceptional, personalized service to VIP and long‑stay guests while maintaining strong local knowledge and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to guests for all inquiries, both hotel‑related and external services.
• Participate in mandatory shift briefings to stay informed about hotel operations.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with the Airport Authority, retail partners, and local service providers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, shopping, transport, and special events.
• Oversee guest correspondence, courier services, and parcel handling in line with hotel standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of concierge experience in a luxury hotel or resort, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering highly personalized experiences to VIP and long‑stay guests.
• Strong destination knowledge of Egypt's North Coast and surrounding attractions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic and additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing concierge team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
