About the role
The Customer Service Specialist provides front‑line support to clients through chat, email, and inbound phone channels. You will resolve routine product or service issues, ensuring a smooth experience for customers while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone calls.
- Diagnose and resolve routine problems related to client products or services.
- Document interactions and follow up to ensure issue closure.
- Prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Adapt to rotational shift schedules, including night and overnight periods.
Required profile
- Fluent English (B2‑C1 level).
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including night and overnight.
- Immediate availability to start.
