About the role

The Customer Support Agent for the UAE Account is a full‑time, on‑site position in Cairo, Egypt. You will manage inbound and outbound interactions for UAE‑based clients, ensuring issues are resolved and information is accurately conveyed.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and messages, responding to customer inquiries.
  • Document all interactions in the appropriate CRM system and follow defined procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain professionalism and contribute to customer‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

  • Strong customer support and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and propose solutions.
  • Focus on delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic and knowledge of the UAE market are a plus.
  • Previous experience in call centres or BPO environments is preferred.

Required skills

  • CRM system literacy.
  • Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
