About the role
The English Account B1+ position is a full‑time, on‑site role in Cairo, focused on handling outbound calls and email communication with English‑speaking customers. You will ensure responses are clear, accurate and professional, supporting overall customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and outbound calls, providing information about services.
- Document all interactions in company systems and follow up on pending requests.
- Adhere to communication guidelines and meet performance targets.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve service quality.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening and writing) at a minimum B1+ level.
- Customer‑service orientation with an empathetic and professional tone.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and share knowledge within the team.
- Basic translation or language‑support ability for accurate communication.
