Finance Lead - North Africa, Levant and Turkey

About the role

This Finance Lead position provides financial leadership and decision support for the NALT sub-cluster (IDBU, Turkey and Egypt business) in line with the business segment strategy. The role ensures NSV, profitability and cash targets are met, partners the market head on revenue and local costs such as promotions and overheads, and guides pricing strategy, trade investment, category mix and customer/channel support. It also builds a high-performance team of business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Act as S&F business partner for the market, supporting financial performance, generating insights from period results and YEE forecasts, and closing gaps.
• Partner with the market director on revenue and local costs, and consolidate information for decision-making.
• Support the sales strategy and the 3-year value creation plan to deliver growth.
• Develop a strategic partnership with the sales team by understanding the competitive and customer landscape.
• Work with SRM and the local organization to roll out ROI models and best practices for promotions and pricing.
• Lead projects that improve business processes and establish digital tools and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance (MBA preferred).
• At least 10 years of business experience, including financial analysis and internal control.
• 3 years of trade management and pricing strategy experience.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to manage processes in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Direct or indirect line management experience preferred.
